I was contracted by the Mill Creek Country Club to modernize their logo while honoring its heritage. Key factors for this design included the watermill, golf, and the ability to use it across web, print, and stitched media.

Focusing on the key elements of the existing logo, this set primarily plays with the water's shape.

This set opens the watermill into two pieces, revealing a golf hole inside. The bottom of the mill is cut to indicate the river.

By abstracting the watermill’s roof, wheel, and river, this set emphasizes tradition through the club’s founding year of 1975.

Combining the key watermill roof and wheel elements into a single shape, this set creates a unique and recognizable symbol.
